Counselling for Young Adults

Young Adults

The young adult years are filled with many unique challenges.  Young adults may have just graduated from high school and are entering into college or university as post-secondary students.  They may also be deciding for the first time what they want to do as a career and vocation.  Young adults may also encounter many relationship challenges along the way too.  Here at Youthwise, we understand the unique challenges that young adults face today.  That is why we provide counselling services that are non-judgemental and compassionate.

We use only scientifically researched and evidence-based treatment interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) to help treat various mental disorders.  We also provide vocational counselling services that can help college students, university students, and those who are just entering into the work force decide what kind of jobs may be most suitable for them.
